? Common Questions

Why start with DocuSign → Drive instead of Crexi?
DocuSign and Google Drive both have mature, reliable APIs we can build on immediately. Crexi's API is still in beta, which adds risk. By starting with Phase 1, you get value fast with proven technology. We tackle Crexi in Phase 3 once the foundation is solid.
What about Salesforce integration?
Salesforce is Phase 2. It requires admin access (Rachel's account reactivation) which takes time. Starting with Phase 1 gives you immediate value while that gets sorted. Once access is confirmed, we add Contact/Account sync.
What happens with NDAs that have missing or unusual data?
They go to an exception queue for your review. Nothing fails silently - you'll see exactly what needs attention and can handle it manually. Over time, we can add rules to handle more edge cases.
Do we have to do all 3 phases?
No! Each phase is standalone. Phase 1 alone ($6,000) delivers real value. Many clients start with Phase 1 and add phases later as they see the ROI. You can stop at any phase or continue to full automation.
How does payment work?
Simple 50/50 split per phase: 50% upfront to get started, 50% on completion. For Phase 1, that's $3,000 up front and $3,000 on go-live.
